Who are you?
We are looking for people who have several years of experience in similar roles and have worked in a decentralised environment.

hotel rooms, we have a restaurant, bar, party rooms and conference rooms. We are a small team with high
ambitions positive attitude. The family spirit permeates all aspects of the work, both in meetings with
customers as well as how we work together.

Role and tasks
The work involves mainly working at the reception and in the booking office. This includes
other check-in/check-out of guests, act as conference host/hostess, book groups,
parties and conferences. Answer questions and book hotel rooms by phone and email. Be responsible for
that the reception and coffee station is always tidy and replenished. In addition, you also have
joint responsibility with the line manager for purchasing conference materials,
goods for sale at the reception and office supplies. At Botanika we work as a team
and you are therefore expected to be able to cover and help your colleagues at other stations as well.

Employment
The positions we fill are both full-time and extra if needed and working hours vary between
day and evening hours and about 1 weekend every two weeks. The posts are permanent positions, with
6-month probationary period. Interviews are ongoing and the positions are to be filled immediately.
