In preparation for your visit, here are some of the questions that are asked about Botanica's remedies We follow the Public Health Agency of Sweden's guidelines and recommendations to ensure the well-being and health of our guests and employees.

When visiting, we ask people to keep their distance.

In the restaurant, we have removed tables to increase distance.

Larger groups are placed at a distance from other private guests to keep their distance.

No vaccine passport is required for entry at present as we do not have gatherings of more than 100 people on our premises.

We take it for granted that you as a guest are healthy. If you have any symptoms of cold, fever or sore throat, we are grateful that you stay at home. So do our employees.

Our employees continually wash their hands with soap and water, with hand sanitiser being used in between hand washing.

Hand sanitiser is available in all public areas.

Do not visit us if you have been in contact with someone who is infected with the Coronavirus, Covid-19.

Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitiser to supplement this.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, greeting by shaking hands.

If you cough or sneeze, do so in the crook of your arm or in a tissue that is discarded immediately after use.


Restaurant & Highballer Bar

Our menu is on the blackboard in the restaurant.

We have reduced the number of tables in our restaurants, both indoors and outdoors.

We have hand sanitiser available in several places in the restaurant.

During breakfast we ask you to keep your distance and sanitise your hands.

Our enhanced public space cleaning procedures also include all areas of our restaurant.

If you prefer to eat in your room, you can bring the food to your room.


We are more than happy to adapt to your needs, tell us how you want it so you and your colleagues can feel safe with us. Coffee is served on a buffet.

Cancellation or rebooking

We offer generous cancellation and rebooking solutions so you feel confident to book. Give us a call if you have any questions or concerns. Tel 018-8880600

When booking directly with us, you can cancel and rebook your stay until 12 noon on the day of arrival free of charge.

If you have booked via e.g. Expedia, Booking, etc. please contact the supplier as their rules apply.

If you have booked a conference or meeting with us, the cancellation agreements apply as agreed.
