Are you our new colleague in Team Botanika?
We at Hotel Botanika looking for a receptionist/supervisor to our lovely hotel! We are located in the heart of Uppsala, next to the lush Linnéträdgården. With a focus on service, laughter and teamwork, we make every guest stay unique and memorable.
What does the role involve?
Receptionist: Chequea in/out guests, answer bookings by phone and email, and make sure the reception is always tidy and with a well-stocked shop. Experience of booking systems is an advantage - we work in Visbook and BookVisit.
Supervisor: Supporting our Reception and Booking Manager, taking sick notes, being on call for scheduling every two weeks and helping to keep the team together and happy 😊
Team player: Jump into our food bar and help colleagues when needed - we are a team that helps out where needed!
The position is 75-100% depending on the season, working days and evenings and every other weekend on a rolling schedule
Who are you?
The service is broad and there is room to grow, it is suitable for those who:
- Have several years of experience in a service profession, preferably from reception and booking.
- Is self-motivated, service-orientated and sees solutions in all situations.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.
- Is flexible and likes variety in work.
