From Taube to Piazzolla

Belén Romano and Analía Rego are two musicians from Argentina with tango in their blood. Their repertoire "From Taube to Piazzolla" reflects the love, passion and sadness found in tango music. Everything Taube fell in love with during his years in Argentina.From its impoverished origins in the harbour districts of the Rio de la Plata delta to a brilliant success on Broadway for a decade, the tango travelled a long road of encounter and tolerance between cultures. In the dance, music and poetry of the tango there is room for everyone. Therein lies the explanation for its appeal.
