RESTAURANT MANAGER

Hotel Botanika is a vibrant and unique destination with hotel rooms, conference facilities, banqueting hall and a charming restaurant. We are now looking for a dedicated Restaurant manager who can take our restaurant to new heights!

Your tasks:

 Guest experience: You always put the guest in focus and create memorable experiences that make our guests want to come back.

Training: You are an inspiring leader who trains and motivates your team to deliver world-class service.

Menus: You'll work with the kitchen to constantly develop menus that appeal to all our guests.

Cost control: You keep track of budgets and ensure that operations are cost-effective without compromising on quality.

Marketing: You will be responsible for promoting the restaurant on social media, with creative and engaging posts that attract new and returning guests.

We are looking for people who:

• Has experience in managing a restaurant and is used to taking responsibility.
• Is sociable, outgoing and passionate about giving guests a great experience.
• Is creative and has a strong attention to detail.
• Has good knowledge of cost control and budgeting.
• Is good at developing menus and collaborating with the kitchen team.
• Has experience in social media marketing and can create engaging content.
• Is flexible and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
